function of /opt/StereoPi/bin/stereopi?

Can anyone explain what the function is of the binary /opt/StereoPi/bin/stereopi in the Livestream image?
I tried googling it, learned a lot about StereoPi

but could not find specific references to the binary

It's for automatic device discovering and raw H264 UDP streaming into Android application.
